Who We Are
BaraTrust Ads is a creative production service operated by BaraTrust, based in New Albany, Indiana. We produce AI-powered video commercials, audio productions, and design assets for local businesses. By placing an order with BaraTrust Ads you agree to these terms in full.

What We Deliver
Intro Spot
$150
One 30-second cinematic video commercial. Includes your logo on uniforms and vehicles where applicable. Delivered as an MP4 in both horizontal (16:9) and vertical (9:16) formats. Delivered within 24 hours of receiving all required assets.
Campaign Pack
$500
Two 30-second cinematic video commercials, one 30-second radio ad with custom background music, and five social media ad graphics. Both formats included. Delivered within 72 hours of receiving all required assets. Includes one free revision and priority production.
Launch Kit
$1,200
Two 30-second video commercials, one 30-second radio ad with custom background music, one custom 15-second audio jingle, vehicle wrap design (print ready), three yard sign designs (print ready), door hanger design (print ready), business card redesign (print ready), and five social media ad graphics. Delivered within 5 business days of receiving all required assets.
Section 3
What We Need From You
To begin production we require:
- ✓ Your business name and type
- ✓ Your logo as a PNG or SVG file
- ✓ A photo of your van, storefront, or uniform (if applicable)
- ✓ The service or product you want to advertise
- ✓ Your city and service area
Production timelines begin once all required assets are received. Delays in asset delivery will extend the delivery timeline accordingly. If assets are not received within 14 days of payment your order will be held until assets are provided.
Section 4
Ownership
You own — the final delivered files including all MP4 video files, audio files, and print-ready design files. You may use these files anywhere including paid advertising platforms, social media, broadcast television, streaming services, and print production.
We retain — our production methodology, prompt engineering systems, workflow templates, and all intermediate files created during production. We also retain the right to use completed productions as portfolio samples and in our marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing prior to production.
You warrant that all assets you provide — including logos, photos, business names, and brand marks — are owned by you or that you have the legal right to use them for commercial purposes. BaraTrust Ads is not liable for intellectual property claims arising from client-provided assets.
Section 5
The Remake Guarantee
We stand behind every commercial we produce. If your delivered commercial does not meet the quality standard demonstrated in our published demo reel we will remake it at no additional charge.
The remake guarantee applies under these conditions:
- ✓ One remake per order maximum
- ✓ Remake request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
- ✓ Remake must be for quality concerns — not change of mind, new service requests, or scope changes after delivery
- ✓ The remake will be produced using the same assets and brief as the original order
The remake guarantee does not apply if the quality issue is caused by low-resolution or unusable assets provided by the client.
Section 6
Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our productions, all sales are final once production begins. Production begins when we receive your complete asset package following payment.
If production has not yet begun — meaning we have not yet received your assets — a full refund may be requested within 48 hours of payment by contacting todd@baratrust.com.
If you are unsatisfied with your delivered production please use the remake guarantee process described in Section 5 before requesting a refund. Chargebacks initiated without first requesting a remake will be disputed.
Section 7
Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. BaraTrust Ads does not store your payment information.
Prices are listed in US dollars. All sales are final as described in Section 6.
BaraTrust Complete clients who are eligible for a complimentary quarterly Intro Spot must claim their spot by contacting todd@baratrust.com. Complimentary spots are subject to the same asset requirements and remake policy as paid orders.
Section 8
Prohibited Uses
You may not use BaraTrust Ads productions for:
- × Any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- × Misleading or deceptive advertising
- × Content that promotes discrimination, harassment, or violence
- × Resale or sublicensing of productions without written consent from BaraTrust Ads
Section 9
Limitation of Liability
BaraTrust Ads is not liable for how productions are used after delivery, the performance of advertising campaigns using our productions, platform policy changes that affect where or how productions can be run, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a BaraTrust Ads order is limited to the amount paid for that specific order.
Section 10
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes arising from these terms or from a BaraTrust Ads order will be resolved through good faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Floyd County, Indiana under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Section 11
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
