Who We Are
BaraTrust Ads is a creative production service operated by BaraTrust, based in New Albany, Indiana. We produce human-led video commercials, audio productions, and design assets for local businesses. By engaging BaraTrust Ads you agree to these terms in full.

What We Deliver
Launch Kit
Starting at $899
Brand/visual direction or logo refinement, business-card design, one practical print/signage piece, and starter social/profile graphics. Includes two revision rounds. Additional branding/print production may be scoped separately.
Campaign Spot
$599
One polished ~30-second video, music and/or voiceover as appropriate, and one vertical cutdown. Includes two revision rounds. Typical turnaround is 5–7 business days.
Campaign Pack
$899
Includes the Campaign Spot, plus one 30-second audio/radio version, and three supporting social graphics. Includes two revision rounds. Typical turnaround is 7–10 business days.
Quick Sizzle
$249
8–15 second social-first piece in one format. Includes one revision round. Typical turnaround is 3–5 business days.
Audio / Radio Spot
Starting at $199
30–60 second produced voice/music as appropriate. Includes one revision round. Typical turnaround is 3–5 business days unless scope requires more.
Ongoing Creative (Legacy)
Starting at $399/month
Two short-form creative pieces per month, light adaptation/resizing, and ongoing creative continuity. Month-to-month with no long-term contract. Additional creative may be quoted separately.
Section 3
Scoping, Payment, and Revisions
Project scope is always agreed upon before any payment is required. Once scope is confirmed:
- ✓ Projects under $500 require payment in full before production begins.
- ✓ Projects $500 or more require a 50% deposit to begin, with the remaining 50% due before final delivery.
Production timelines and turnarounds begin only after we have received your required payment/deposit and all required assets.
Packages include specific revision rounds (e.g., one round for Quick Sizzle/Audio, two rounds for Campaign Spot/Pack and Launch Kit). Additional revisions or material scope changes requested after production has begun may be quoted separately. Rush scheduling may be available when our capacity allows and may incur an extra cost.
Section 4
Ongoing Creative Subscriptions (Legacy)
Our legacy Ongoing Creative subscription is a month-to-month service starting at $399/month. Subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each production cycle.
Unused deliverables do not accumulate indefinitely. Additional work beyond the base scope may be quoted separately. Cancellation before the next billing cycle stops renewal without penalty.
Section 5
Ownership
You own — the final delivered files including all MP4 video files, audio files, and print-ready design files upon full payment. You may use these files anywhere including paid advertising platforms, social media, broadcast television, streaming services, and print production.
We retain — our production methodology, prompt engineering systems, workflow templates, and all intermediate files created during production. We also retain the right to use completed productions as portfolio samples and in our marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing prior to production.
You warrant that all assets you provide — including logos, photos, business names, and brand marks — are owned by you or that you have the legal right to use them for commercial purposes. BaraTrust Ads is not liable for intellectual property claims arising from client-provided assets.
Section 6
Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our productions, all sales are final once production begins. Production begins when we receive your required payment/deposit and complete asset package.
If production has not yet begun, a full refund may be requested within 48 hours of payment by contacting todd@baratrust.com.
Section 7
Prohibited Uses
You may not use BaraTrust Ads productions for:
- × Any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- × Misleading or deceptive advertising
- × Content that promotes discrimination, harassment, or violence
- × Resale or sublicensing of productions without written consent from BaraTrust Ads
Section 8
Limitation of Liability & No Guarantees
BaraTrust Ads provides creative production services. We make no guarantee of sales, leads, ad performance, or specific business results from the use of our creative assets. We are not liable for how productions are used after delivery, the performance of advertising campaigns, or platform policy changes that affect where or how productions can be run.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a BaraTrust Ads order is limited to the amount paid for that specific order.
Section 9
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes arising from these terms or from a BaraTrust Ads order will be resolved through good faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Floyd County, Indiana under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
